The hydrangeas are in bloom and so is my love for summer wedding details 💐

And when I think of summer wedding details, I still swoon over Margaret and Mitchell’s summer wedding! From the florals, to the reception details and even the bridesmaids dresses, every part of their big day seemed to perfectly compliment the summer season.

Receptions are truly one of my favorite parts of a wedding day. You are officially married, your guests are hyped to celebrate you, and you are on cloud nine. This part of the wedding day goes by in the blink of an eye. There’s so much that we are able to capture that you don’t always see. So when looking back, it’s even more special to be able to see how much you and your guests enjoyed celebrating you!

A courthouse elopement that gives all the chic vibes. Truly working with Alex and Britt is such a dream. These two truly have good infectious love. The way they look at each other gives everyone around them butterflies. It’s the look they give like no one else is around and they don’t care who’s watching, they just love each other that much. Year 8 in the business and year 3 with this cutie!

Alexi has been my lead associate the last 3 years and being able to capture wedding days with her has been awesome! One thing we hear time and time again is, “how long have you guys have been working together? It’s like you just know each-others every move!” Most people think 5+ years, but within a 3 year span, Alexi has been my go to gal! We have the same energy, passion for weddings, and she is the best right hand lady on a wedding day! Plus, if I’m not available for a wedding day, you have this cutie that will be right by your side hyping you up all the way!

Cannot believe a year has gone by since Alexis and Eric have tied the knot. I decided recently I’m going to take a shift into posting. Not just what the algorithm wants to see, but some of my favorite photos from sessions + weddings. Whether it’s Alexis walking down the aisle, or the giggle Eric shared with her during their ceremony, which let me tell you they were the cutest during there ceremony. Overall, my content is going to be much more intentional and meaningful to me because that’s what’s important!

You would’ve NEVER guessed that Nicole and Nick’s engagement session took place on a morning that had high predictions of thunderstorms and while it did, it held out for their session! 🥰

We got so incredibly blessed with breaks in the cloudy sky to get some beautiful images with rays of sunshine (just like these two) and really bring so much energy to their session! The overcast in between the sun spots were perfect and overall it was such a fun session that just flew by driving all over the Geneva Golf course and having fun in the wind!

Cant wait to celebrate with them in August ✨

What a way to start the wedding by this past Monday starting the 2024 wedding season for NBP!🌸🍾

A little introduction, hi, I’m Nichole! I have my been a photographer for 7 almost 8 years now, which truly makes me realize how time is so fleeting.

Some quick fun facts about me:

I am a HUGE coffee girlie through and through, but will always make an exception for an English tea during the wintertime

I am such a gift giver and have always loved showing the people around me how much I love and appreciate them. Truly you never know how long you have with someone so always enjoy the time you have with them.

I am HUGE on giving 110% into my business. When I book a new client I always make sure to go above and beyond whether it’s communication, the service itself, delivery, and everything in between. I truly love what I do so doing it all makes it easy.

I am a sunrise girlie for life. A sunrise on Lake Michigan has my heart forever and if you do your session at sunrise downtown YOU have my heart forever 💕

I am someone who is learning that change is okay. Change can be exciting, scary, emotional, and everything it between, but change just means growth and ladies and gents we are ALL about growth here!!

This little peanut made his debut into the world on March 3rd and he has the stolen so many hearts already including mine. And these cute new parents are just loving every second with their baby boy. An unforgettable engagement session full of love and laughter with Alexi and Dave. We had such a perfect golden hour last Friday with the most amazing weather! Alexi, Dave, and I hopped around downtown Arlington heights and made a stop to grab some beer + ice cream! And they were so nice to get raspberry sorbet which was AMAZING might I add!

Making your engagement session feel like a date really brings out comfortability and helps you relax, plus it gets you more involved throughout the session to get those candid images we see all over social media!

Also, can we please take a moment for Alexis dress and how STUNNING she is! So happy to have you as a friend and an associate. NBP wouldn’t be the same without our girl, Alexi! I’m so excited to photograph your wedding day this year. 🤍

Life is when things go wrong, the weather changes, you rip your dress, fall down and it's in this very messy life that you meet the love of it. So let it all happen and let me document it.
