We Added Advanced Speed & Agility Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm. This is for kids Ages 10 to 16 that play sports like football, baseball, soccer and basketball and want to become stronger, faster and more athletic. We ordered new speed treadmills to assist with making our youth the best they can be.

Conquer February Fighter of the Month and Most Improved Boxer in the gym is no other than Terrence. He came in from another gym and thought he knew it all. Well this past month he has opened his eyes and ears and learned from the more experienced boxers and coaches in the gym. A true testament of Iron Sharpens Iron.
