Conquer is not political. But with the Trump win this morning I do believe Kennedy and his team America will be healthier. The swamp and money from big food and drug companies paid to politicians has corrupted our health system. Our country allows so many drugs, modified foods and harmful chemicals in our foods that many other countries do not allow. It’s sickening and the reason for 1 of 3 people having chronic heath issues. We need to change something now and I believe Kennedy and Trump will make those drastic changes needed without lining their pockets.

Well we had two rookie mistakes in the advanced kids boxing class tonight. One was so bad it drew blood. So the first one was when we were working uppercuts. I tell them to use their hips not use their hand and arm or they might hit themselves. Yep first blood but from his own hand. The second rookie move was an eager young man got his headgear on ready to spar for the first time. Yep it was backwards. These mistakes are common for rookies and hopefully they learned tonight not to do it again or they get on the wall of Instagram fame.

This kid has been to Conquer only 2 times. Both times we were making S’mores and fishing while workout out. Cant beat our fun activities. We teach kids how to be tough, strong, fast and have fun with each other.
