They used an improper connection from cast iron to pvc pipe, we came in and took out all the cast iron and ran all new pvc.

This is why you need a septic inspection and dye test when buying a house!

Having an inspection done saved this customer tens of thousands of dollars!

We went out on this inspection and found out the septic tank was starting to collapse and the leach field was not working properly.

In the pictures it shows the level of the tank being to high and the tank starting to push down on the baffles , and effluent on top of the ground with blue dye all through it.

Customer called because their tank was overwhelmed. We pumped their septic tank and then sent our locator down the outlet pipe to locate where the blockage/problem was. We only made it about 8 ft and discovered they never moved their leach field before putting in a new cement driveway. The leach field failed and caused the tank to back up.

Customer called wanting a routine septic pump out. He also wanted his leach lines camera’d because he thought he drove over his leach field and may have crushed a pipe. We camera’d the leach lines and verified there was no damage to them, but we did find out his distribution box was damaged and the concrete was breaking. We installed a new one for him and made sure everything was working as it should!

Customer had a wet spot in their yard with black water and bad smell, a key indicator on something being wrong with their leach field. We located their distribution box and discovered only one leach line was taking water. A good clean out and Jett of their leach lines and they were good to go!
