*My best tip for reheating chicken*
Sometimes chicken breast can be dry when re-heating it the next day
If it does, I like to drizzle a little unsalted butter and lime juice on it!
Also, cooking it to 160°F ( it will cook up a little while resting) and letting it rest for 10-15 minutes retracts the juices in the chicken, and helps keep it juicier longer. So don't cut into it right away 😉
This is a quick meal I put together using chicken breast, leftover white rice, and all the veggies I had in my fridge
