What a busy couple of weeks. We have done wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, hall of fame baseball players, a cooperate Thanksgiving party for over 200 guests, and a total of 50 turkeys and counting. We are very blessed to be able to cook for so many people in our community. And very blessed to have a great staff!!

Second event for today. 235 guests this morning and 160 tonight! It’s a perfect day to have a big meal and take a long walk. This is the 3rd year we have done both of these events and we are very greatfull for both.

We were blessed to cook at another wedding reception last night. Another great custom menu: Hand cut sirloin steaks, herb grilled chicken breast, southern style green beans, garlic mash, and a side salad. We also had some Nashville hot chicken sliders and caprese skewers for appetizers.

Congrats to Lauren and Blake! What an awesome reception last night at Homestead Manor! We served a pasta bar including: Chicken fettuccine Alfredo, vegetable lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, Caesar salad, and garlic bread. We also had Caprese skewers and bruschetta for apps. Props to our awesome staff that made it happen!
