The Crew Member's position is to help the event Delivery Crew Leader in setup and takedown of events. Contact the customer in a professional manner when the event crew leader is driving or busy. Crew Members may be asked to work events, operating rides, and inflatables. Crew Members are required to be firm but polite to the customer/participants. At the warehouse, it is the crew members duty to assist in loading and unloading trucks and trailers. The crew member will be asked to clean equipment and the warehouse when assistance is not needed elsewhere.

The Event Delivery Crew Leader position is to contact the customer and maintain a professional relationship; transport and delivery of the equipment in a safe, timely and professional manner. Properly setup and secure the equipment with crew members when available. At times, the Event Delivery Crew Leader may be asked by management to stay and operate equipment. The Event Delivery Crew Leader is responsible for keeping the order for deliveries set. The crew leader's are responsible for ensuring that everything is set up and secured properly before leaving the site. At the time of takedown, the crew leader responsibility is to lead the procedure in a safe and efficient manner. After each unit is rolled and loaded into the truck the driver should go back to the sight and make sure nothing is left. (Stakes, cords, blowers, ETC.) If the manager is not in the warehouse to unload and load trucks and trailers it is the crew leader's responsibility to put equipment back neat and organized. Throughout the week, when events can be slower, Crew Leader may be asked to clean equipment and warehouse under supervision of the management.

If you watched The Bachelor last night then you saw an amazing carnival scene designed by our friends at Epic Party Team and ACP Entertainment.
Those two minutes took an incredible 10 days to set up and make perfect. They even sourced some equipment from Big Thunder Events.
Hats off to a job well done.

If you are planning on visiting The Dancing Lights Of Christmas at the Ward Agriculture Center in Lebanon, Tennessee tonight is a great night to do it. Once you have driven through the light show be sure to visit Santa's Village under the big white tent and ride the Christmas Train out front. This is great family fun that will make life long memories. For the shortest wait times plan to visit Sunday through Thursday as Friday and Saturday nights are very busy.
