It has recently been brought to my attention that it is unlawful to sell food to the general public out of an home kitchen. This information was given to me because some spiteful individual decided to file a formal complaint to the Board of Health instead of contacting me directly which caused the abrupt closing of my business. My sincerest apologies to those who were looking forward to their lunch on Friday. Please be mindful it was not my intention to knowingly break a law I had no knowledge of. I perceived that being my business was registered with the state, paying taxes, and ServSafe certified I was within the guidelines to proceed. I am now in the process of securing a location with a commercial kitchen so that I may resume serving you my loyal and potential customers. Please be assured that even though your meals were being prepared in my home kitchen all sanitary and food handling practices were diligently met. So to that individual that reported me...Thank You for the step in the right direction because it is always my intention to do things in decency and in order. Also to all my current clients who have purchased meals from me and plan to continue please forward me your contact info so that you can receive an invite to my VIP Grand Opening to thank you for your support for it is you that help me get my start of providing for my family by doing what I love.... What the devil meant for bad...God worked it out for my good !!! Be blessed !
