Whether it's an intimate gathering, an extravagant gala, or a boat ride and ceremony at the waterfalls, we can help customize your event with a rustic or elegant flair. We have the perfect setting for affordable & awesome weddings, parties, family or class reunions, and church retreats. Th

* Do the food yourself in our full kitchen or we can help coordinate caterers.
*Affordable pet-friendly lodging on site and plenty of free parking.
*Outside ceremony at the pond-side arbors with fountain or bring it inside our Wagon Wheel, a 2,100 sq. facility which can seat 120 guests dining style inside and on covered porches.
*"Get ready" dressing areas.
*Bringing your own alcohol is permitted.
*Use our burlap aisle runner, table runners & lots of other decor. If you can dream it, we will do everything we can to make it come true. Experience more comfort than a barn venue, yet more inviting than a country club.

Awesome fireworks show at WagonMaster Ranch last night. Thanks to the contributions of our great new owners, the show was more spectacular than ever. Plus what an amazing dinner we had with our new Community, Conestoga Trail Homeowners and Pioneer Estates Homeowners and Friends and neighbors.
