I’m so impressed with how Terrell Kempfer and Kevin Kempfer at TNM Construction & Spray Foam works tirelessly throughout the weekend. This garage is large enough for 9 vehicles, so this is no small insulation task! I love the results so far, and I can’t wait to see the final outcome later today.

I often get questions about this large new building being constructed at Sunflower Farms, and I am EXTREMELY enthusiastic about this project! It's the future site of an exciting new 8-bedroom rental property. It will be available to host families who wish to stay at Sunflower Farms for weddings, or it can be rented independently without the use of the wedding venue. The house will be large enough for family gatherings, reunions, hunting/fishing weekends, get-togethers, hikers, wine trail enthusiasts, etc.

Thank you to the Murphysboro Chamber of Commerce and the Annual Dinner Committee for awarding Sunflower Farms this micro-grant! It will be put to good use, for sure!

Along our Main Street Corridor… we would like to congratulate the three winners of the Murphysboro Chamber of Commerce’s “Small Business Micro-Grants.” These grants are designed to help a locally owned business with new signage, a new/updated website, or something in the form of “visualization” of their location, what they sell, or their services. The winners were Small Town Scoop (located on our corridor), Sunflower Farms (wedding venue), and Shelton’s Towing & Recovery. Congrats to all! 🍎🍏
