btaining the best prices, compiling guest lists, contacting local hotels for guest to stay, transportation needs, generating menus, outlining themes and order of service/meeting, arranging for venue location, hiring staff to carry out your plan as well as clean up. Catering

Voila will also cater your event. We offer continental foods along with some inspired themes such as Asian, French, Italian, Mexican/Spanish, and Southern American. Our goal is to provide you with exquisite meals that aren’t just delicious but healthy. As more and more Americans are becoming more health conscious, we believe it is important to satisfy the request of the people. Foods prepared at Voila are seasoned with fresh herbs and spices, very little salt and pepper is added. We like to wake up the flavor of your foods not disguise it with heavy salts. Our foods are rarely deep fried and absolutely never prepared with saturated fats. All our foods are prepared with extra virgin olive oil or grape seed oil. State Regulations

Professionalism is a quality that is golden to our company. All food is prepared in a California Approved Commercial Kitchen. We follow the regulations of the Food Safety and Inspection Services (FSIS) of the US Department of Agriculture (USDA). The County of Riverside implements the regulations and inspections of our site. The All staff member that prepare or serve meals must possess a ServSafe food handler’s certification. Our owner Anissa Gaston holds a ServSafe Manager Food handler’s certification. Meet the Owners

Our owners are Robert and Anissa Gaston. The passion that powered this business was with the uplifting, inspiration to be creative and financial support of Robert to Anissa. Who has be hosting events since she was a young child. She always enjoyed the company of others and loves to see the smile on their faces at gathering. Anissa had long be the backbone in large events, wedding and catering services of family and friends. Robert has inherited a palate to dissect each ingredient of every bite of food from his father and grandfather who were both chiefs and aides in perfecting the taste of each dish. This union of their backgrounds has also produced a son who is studying Business as a major in college and Culinary as a minor. This family brings a burst of flavor to every event. Dinner Shows

At the start of 2012, Voila has implemented a monthly dinner show at the California Citrus Historic Park inside the Sunkist Center from 6pm to 10pm. Every show offers live entertainment, live DJ, 4 course meal served with linen and fine china, and 2 alcoholic beverages for one price. Check our event page for more information.
