Just a heads up, the prices for these items will be at least 25% off of retail price. I will not be posting prices on Facebook. I am prepared to keep the contents, I do not have to give them away. There are too many people wanting something for nothing.

Seriously, this would be awesome 💯 😎

Picture it, your business, Shoals Game Room moved to a new location on Avalon Avenue within walking distance from the schools. Change the name to Just Vibin and host an after-school program at 3:00pm Mon-Fri. Charge a nominal fee for entry or do a monthly membership. Don't forget about the concession stand, these kids can eat like crazy.

On the weekends, host private events.

That all sounds great but what would the new owner do with it during the week while it's sitting there all day empty until 3:00 p.m.? Easy answer, continue to host school field trips ... Lol

Shoals Game Room is still for sale.
I'm not keeping it, this is an awesome business idea if someone chooses to purchase the game room.

Really... we get over 100,000 views in a few days when we decide to close.... Lol.... Whoever buys this game room is going to be blessed especially if they have a location with good parking, a location that would allow simultaneous private events and walk-ins at the same time. My current location and previous location was not suitable to host private events and walk-ins at the same time. I do understand that there is a blessing on Shoals Game Room. I'm really excited to see who is going to take the reins.

The current state of Shoals Game Room.

Our limited parking has put a damper on our private event bookings. Without private events, we can't pay the $4,000.00 per month lease plus the additional overhead required to stay open and provide for my family.

What about opening for walk-ins only?
We would need approximately 640 walk-ins per month to keep the doors open. We only get a handful of walk-ins during the weekdays. Weekends are the busiest nights for walk-ins but there are not enough weekends in the month.

So what’s the only viable solution for our current location?
1. No more private events due to lack of parking.
2. Serve walk-ins, only if overhead (mainly the monthly lease) is decreased to an amount that the business can sustain.
3. Sell the business

I haven't failed, I have just literally tried everything that I know and this is the outcome for the current location. It has been a miracle that we were able to operate and provide the community with what we have for the last two years plus. Due to my current health conditions I believe it may just be time for me to let someone else take the reins and make Shoals Game Room all that it was meant to be. In spite of my health conditions I was recently denied Social Security Disability but not because of the business. I also don’t qualify for food stamps because every cent that Shoals Game Room brings in whether it is profit or not is considered my income. I have literally invested everything that I have physically, emotionally and financially into making this work for our community.

I want to thank the real Jesus for all he has done, not only in my life, but in so many others lives as well.

I'm not talking about fake religion, that is bo***ge, rules and regulations, meeting a quota, hopefully being good enough, literally being afraid of God, a belief system that will have you serving him so he won't kill you or make you sick.

A real relationship with Jesus is true freedom, it is peaceful. You can go to him at any time, no matter who you are or what you have done. Are you burdened, he wants to take that load off of your shoulders for you.

Does it seem like everything in your life is going crazy? It's not just you! People say "Why do bad things happen to good people?" When the truth is, bad things happen to everyone. And God isn't the one doing it. Christians don't go around giving people cancer or making them have a car wreck to teach them how much God loves them and God doesn't either.

If we as Christians were guilty of everything that people accuse God of doing, we would be under the jail. If you don't believe me, study about Jesus being the express image of God. That means Jesus is the perfect representation of God, an exact duplicate, he only did what he saw God do, he only said what he heard God say. Did Jesus ever kill any one? Nope, he raised the dead. Did Jesus ever make anyone sick? Nope, he healed them. The scripture says Jesus calmed the storm. I've never read where he made the storm come. God really is love and God's love never fails.
