We are happy to get back to the grind this weekend! We blocked the last few months off so Ashley could welcome her sweet baby girl into the world, but we are so ready for this spring wedding season to get rolling. Also, we are still dying over how good all of our fall wedding final edits turned out. Stay tuned!!

Let’s take a minute to appreciate this beautiful table setting before we talk about the cost of actually crafting a fully set table. As pictured, this setting would cost roughly $38 per setting. That is completely out of most people’s budgets! So how can you cut the cost but still achieve a similar look?
🖤 Keep it simple! Do a decorative charger or the grass mat at each seat with a place marker or menu card to add detail. Then, use the plates provided by your catering company for food service.
🖤 Consider purchasing your chargers over renting them. To rent chargers you will spend about $5 a person. To purchase similar chargers you are looking to spend around $3 a person. Chargers sell quickly on Facebook resale groups.
🖤 Consider switching out gold flatware for plastic flatware. Some may cringe at the thought but if you don’t love the look of the flatware your catering company will provide and really want gold, it may save you tons!
