Persistence pays off! We have good news...the 130+ fraudulent listings have been removed from http://Walmart.com While shown on Walmart they damaged our business in a big way. We are hopeful our family business will bounce back from this major hit very soon. Now to tackle the fraudulent listings on ebay.com

Finally, after 3 weeks of waiting we have a response from Walmart.com they are looking into the issue....my response to them below

Hello Gabrielle,

Thank you for the email and update. Please be advised there were 127 FRAUDULENT LISTINGS! Not only the10 which are shown above.

We are the company (in business 33 years in January) that OWNS the Flyboy Naturals business logo, website text, and images, we are the farm that grows, freeze-dries, and ships the rose petals from our farm in Oregon.

These companies are stealing from us, an American small business, and our business has suffered a great deal because of it. Also, they are destroying the reputation we have spent decades building. Unacceptable! We have been trying to get this resolved since July 30th.

They are also scamming Walmart.com customers, ripping them off using our business logo and name while doing it. This is URGENT!

Please be aware, that we ordered from one of the fraudulent Chinese companies listed on Walmart.com showing our product (petals) as their own.We received an email stating the product was delivered. It was NOT.

We have survived a lot including Covid in the past 32+ years. Every day these listings continue to be shown on Walmart.com it is damaging our business, possibly beyond repair.

We are hopeful Walmart.com will do the right thing for its customers and our small family American business and delete all the listings and vendors who are stealing from all of us. Shame on them!

I will continue to post on all social media our very negative experience with Walmart.com until this is resolved.

How many other small businesses in the USA are hurting due to http://Walmart.com allowing foreign companies to steal our photos, logos, product images and text from our websites and market them on http://Walmart.com as their own? SCAM!
Walmart.com said they would take care of this in 24 hours...they did NOT. This is day 4 of Walmart.com NOT doing what they said they would to correct the issue. Shame on you. Please share this post. Thank you.

We strongly advise customers to purchase eco-friendly freeze-dried rose petals only from our official channels to ensure they receive genuine Flyboy Naturals products grown on our family farm right here in the USA!
