We are very excited that our Fall Farm to Table Dining Experience is getting near. We have had a great response and look forward to hosting you. Join us in celebrating the joys of seasonal dining and exceptional cheese-making. Your visit not only promises a memorable culinary experience but also a connection to the heart of our farming community.

Many have asked about our menu but it will not be announced until the event because we will be showcasing the freshest produce and items available on our farm, other local farms, and items that are foraged at that time. Some of the ingredients that will be featured are locally grown mushrooms, Texas grown grains, American beauty berry jelly, chevon, artisan cheeses, prickly pear cactus, and other local treasures.

Saturday September 7th, we will be back at The Nacogdoches Farmers Market. We will have hot Breakfast Burritos, Beignets and a variety of our fully cooked, ready to eat frozen delights.
We have pre order available on our website. Pre order is not necessary but available. If you are un able to make the farmers market you can call to schedule pick up or delivery.

We made 7 gallons of chili today. Actually, we started it yesterday and finished today. While I love beans in chili and have absolutely no issue with it this particular chili is without.

Today we are roasting 50 pounds of hatch green chilies!
