For those of you who might wonder what I mean by In-Home Meal Preparation, let me explain. This is a service that entails me coming to your home on a regular basis (once a week, once every other week, once a month, etc.) and cooking a set number of meals (up to 5 meals per visit) for your family to eat as desired in the interim between visits. The service includes grocery shopping and clean-up. I am prepared to supply all my own tools (pots/pans, cutlery, specialty appliances, etc.) or I can use what you have on hand. I offer a menu of meals that you can choose from. My menu contains several one-pot dishes that offer a good balance of protein, starch, and vegetable. Or I can leave it to you to pick a protein, starch, and/or veggie that you would like combined for a single meal, as in the case of this combination of Mango-Curry Chicken Wings with Snap Pea Salad.
