PortaPros was recently named as one of the 2024 Top Companies in Treasure Valley to work for. The awards program was promoted by in partnership with . This regional survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in the Treasure Valley area. The 2024 Top Companies in Treasure Valley list is made up of 15 companies.

To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfil the following eligibility requirements:

· Be a publicly or privately held business.

· Have a facility in Treasure Valley.

· Have a minimum of 15 employees working in Treasure Valley.

· Must be in business a minimum of one year.

Companies entered the two-part process to determine the 2024 Top Companies in Treasure Valley.

The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process and analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings. Like most , our team has been making memories at the historical McCall Winter Carnival for years.

This year will be even more memorable because we were able to support by providing for the special event.

With this being such a large event, we loved seeing the community work together to continue the tradition. Whether you spent time sledding down the hills, walking on the frozen lake, enjoying the food, or watching the parades. The is always one of the best events of the season.

"This is the meaning of being part of the community. I take pride that we can give back for such a great event," said Jorge G., our Territory Manager.

This year, the delivered over 700 bicycles to kids in our community. "Over 500 kids, their families, and 300+ volunteers joined together to fulfill the needs of our community. Warm clothes, hot cocoa, take-home food, bike lights, locks, helmets, and more were provided to families that showed up," stated Whitney.
