Cannolis anyone?
-The Carrot Head Cannoli - think carrot cake but in the form of a cannoli 😍
-Traditional Cannoli - white chocolate ricotta mousse dipped in dark chocolate and pistachios 🤤

Another Volcanic Vent Dinner in the books! Always a fun time when we get to come out and have some fun with the food and the presentation!
This year’s menu featured pheasant, lamb chops, porchetta, beef and, to top it all off, the yummiest house made dark chocolate marshmallows that were breaded in our graham cracker crisps and deep fried 😍🤤

We see a lot of “trends” each year with food but something that’s been a constant trend is grazing tables! They always offer a good variety for guests and the display is always so fun! 😍

Idaho Redbird Chicken - marinated in an I.P.A paprika broth and topped with a red lemon confit accompanied by tri-colored fingerling potatoes and green goddess veggies 😍
