The Four Seasons has a special place in my heart. 🥹

It is a new property to the valley and it is just what we needed! I love getting to work at spaces that have outstanding teams/hospitality, but that also have the most beautiful backdrops with lots of ways to mix and match the spaces.

There are so many different areas that are event friendly and it allows us to be a little more creative with your flow. There are beautiful outdoor spaces of course, but their stunning inside spaces also makes it a standout venue in our hearts. 💕

One of the most emotional days I have been a part of. Everything from the views, the elegant wedding decor, and all of their loved ones surrounding them made for an amazing day.

I still remember both of their grown son’s speeches that were made during the reception. They both mentioned how they were so elated that they both had found true love at their age and after such hardships that they had been through. Both of the speeches brought me to tears. 😭

Days when the air is filled with real love, are the ones that I will remember forever. These two were absolutely precious and are truly SO in love. It was such an honor to have been a part of Sandy and Marty’s love story!

One of the most fun (and often underrated) parts of wedding planning is choosing the perfect finger foods! 🍤🍟🍮

Because they are not just snacks... they set the tone for your reception and keep guests energized for all the dancing! RJ and Eric had some delicious options:

Fries: Who doesn’t love fries?! Plus, you can get creative with different types like truffle, sweet potato, curly, or classic. These are guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser.

Chocolate mousse cup: An elegant, classic option for all the chocolate lovers. The whipped cream and chocolate shavings added a sweet touch to these cups. This is the perfect option for a rich treat after some dancing!

Mini chicken sliders: We love sliders because they’re both delicious and practical. They are the perfect size so guests can indulge without feeling too full, leaving room for more treats!

Berry cheesecake bites: Such a fun, elevated dessert! These were such a hit, people were coming back for more. You can never go wrong with cheesecake bites!

One of my favorite details from my own wedding was the floral arch behind our sweetheart table! 😍 Let me tell you why:

Multipurpose!! When designing your ceremony, we also take into consideration that though it is an extremely important moment, it is a short time frame compared to the reception.

One way to bring more value to your ceremony decor is that we think about ways we can relocate it to another spot for even more use. This helps us be able to allocate a bit more funds to your ceremony!

Our arch was definitely a focal piece where we wanted to really set the tone of our floral garden vibe and wanted a wow feature as guests entered the ceremony. Then during cocktail hour our amazing floral team moved the arch behind our sweetheart table and guests got to look at it all night! It is also perfect for framing us at the sweetheart table where tons of photos are taken.

We’re still swooning over this enchanting wedding with the two most gorgeous brides in the redwoods of Sonoma County!

Catherine and Cameron wanted an intimate celebration, surrounded by their closest friends and family, with one goal in mind: to make sure everyone had the time of their lives. And it sure was delivered! 🎉

They love to travel so they wanted to do a ‘find your destination’ seating chart that was so fun for their guests. They also really wanted candid memories and decided to provide their guests with cameras! Disposable cameras and online uploads that gave them so many beautiful POVs of their special day.
