**Happy National Clam Chowder Day! 🥣🐚**

Ah, clam chowder—the noble, creamy, and oh-so-comforting concoction that has warmed many a cold soul and baffled outsiders with its ability to be both a meal and an existential experience.

Few dishes inspire such regional rivalry. On one side, you have **New England Clam Chowder**, rich, velvety, and as pure as a first snowfall (provided said snowfall is made of potatoes, cream, and the occasional rogue oyster cracker). Then there’s **Manhattan Clam Chowder**, its tomato-based broth raising eyebrows and blood pressure levels among purists. (And let’s not forget Rhode Island’s clear-broth version, which, while lovely, often gets treated like the third cousin no one remembers at reunions.)

Regardless of allegiance, today is a day to ladle up and celebrate! 🍽️ Do you prefer your chowder thick and creamy or red and brothy? And more importantly, does anyone actually **dislike** clam chowder, or are they just undercover soup spies? 🕵️‍♂️
