Not many know this but before rad dad hibachi came to fruition and before my daughter was welcomed into this world the original name was going to be Land’n Sea, where “Land’n” was a double entendre with a subtle hint to my sons name Landon. Now you know!

Thank you to everyone who reached out through social media, phone call, or text wishing my daughter well. Any of us parents know that any times are kids are going through it we want to take it all away & put it on us, because seeing them in that pain or discomfort is so gut wrenching we wish they never feel that pain or discomfort. So when it does come on we do what we have to to make their lives just a fraction better. And for my daughter her wishes were for us to be by her side. She is home and doing a lot better, back to her same demanding, stubborn, relentless self😂. Gotta love them!

A special thank you to Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida for trying to make it as comfortable as possible for her with your toys, smiles and pets.

My culinary skills are largely self-taught, honed through YouTube and various social media platforms, complementing my restaurant experience. My passion lies in crafting dishes that delight and serving others. My journey began at Benihana Japanese Steakhouse in 2017, where I mastered the art and entertainment of Japanese hibachi cuisine.
