I have a combo therm oven. It’s a 3 phase.
I have a brand new 3ft by 3ft table for it, never been used. I bought this from a chef friend of mine that has gotten a new one. It works great. The steamer part of once in a while need to be reset he says.
How ever I cannot use this in my kitchen I am in now. Because I am a single phase here.

Sanibel Sunday Market
Merry Christmas everyone.
Wow just want to say thank you for today (Saturday) at 3rd street south and the Promanade. We sold over 700 crab cakes. We are so thankful a may you enjoy them with family and friends this weekend!!

Tomorrow (Sunday) Teo will be at 800 Dunlop
Road at Sanibel Island. We have very few of our crab dip left. It is enough to share with 5 guests. Fresh spinach, Artichokes and Boursin cheese with crab meat and topped with a Parmesan Panko Crunchy crust. You just defrost then place in your oven. We have made more crab cakes tonight for tomorrow.

2 markets Saturday!!!!
We are back at 3rd street south in Naples from 730 to 1130. I will be on the west side of 3rd and 13th.

Chris will be at the Promanade in Bonita Springs from 8 to 12

Our specials for tomorrow!!!
Warm crab dip with fresh spinach, artichokes and Boursin cheese with a Parmesan Panko crumble. Great to share with your guests

Chicken Cacciatore penne with green and Kalamata olives, mushrooms caramelized onions, San Marzano tomatoes and boneless chicken thighs

Black Truffle Cannelonis
3 beef bolognese topped with mozzarella and finished with Urbani White truffle oil

We will always have our crab cakes with coconut chili remoulade and fruit salsa. There are a lot of crab cakes out there. Ours have absolutely NO FILLERS!!!!! Rolled in a very thin panko for crunchy texture. Please stop
by and ask for a sample to compare ours from the others!!!!!

Coconut Point Mall
Merry Christmas!!!!
I will be at Coconut Point Mall this Thursday morning from 9 to 1.
Stop by and pick up crab cakes for Christmas or Christmas Eve dinner for you family and friends. I will have free samples for you to try.

We will also have a fantastic warm crab dip.
It will come frozen and you can defrost the day before.
Fresh spinach, lots of artichokes, Boursin Cheese and crab meat. It’s topped with a Parmesan panko crust that turns golden. Brown that adds nice crunchy layer to the dip.

We will have all of our entrees and a few other special entrees we have made.

Wednesday we are back again at Veterans Park in Marco island from 730 to 1.

Please stop by and try our crab cakes that have no fillers. They come with our coconut chili remoulade and local fruit salsa
We carry a 3.5 oz backfin lump and a 4.5 oz jumbo lump.
There are a lot of bad crab cakes out there. This is why we have hot samples for you try before you buy.

Please come ask for a free crab cake sample if you have not tried our crab cakes before. No fillers and full of sweet crab meat. Comes pre seared (so no work for you) and a coconut chili remoulade and a local fruit salsa.

We will have a new dessert
Yuzu tart . A twist off the classic keylime lie. Not as high on the acidity as key lime but has a fantastic orange and lemon flavor

We will have a total of 12 entrees to choose from
We will have 2 special entrees as well.

I am excited to announce that tomorrow morning we will be set up at the Promanade Farmers Market in Bonita Springs, from 8 until noon. We will have your favorite Crab cakes, Entrees and Desserts available for purchase. All of our entrees are frozen for the perfect way to fill your freezers. The entrees are just 1-step cooking for that easy meal preparation. For example, one of our best selling entree’s is the Wagyu Short Rib. This dish is accompanied by risotto, baby carrots and melbec demi glacé. The short rib, risotto and glazed baby carrots are vacuumed sealed in separate bags. Simply defrost the meal, bring a medium saucepan filled with water to a boil and drop all 3 bags into the water for 8 to 10 minutes. Everything is perfectly cooked. ITS THAT EASY. As always, our famous crab cakes are all crab no fillers and pre-seared. They come with a coconut chili remoulade and fruit salsa. These are fresh, not frozen, and last 5 days in the refrigerator. You are welcome to freeze them if you will not be using within that time.
