Blessed to have met someone who owns 3 major news publications and wants to feature The Wedding Planner MD. Talks of even creating a media series around hurricanes and replanning, how to handle or avoid Bridezillas in the biz, (or Momzillas) and all of the challenges that you have to overcome to not just survive but thrive in this business! This is going to be a fun series of interviews and possible future reality series. Wedding replan after Hurricane Milton. Thank you God 🙏🩵💫💍

Well another wedding venue down in another hurricane and we found ourselves scrambling to get a wedding scheduled to happen this Sunday replanned in 3 days. We accomplished what seemed insurmountable and against all odds. Within 3 hours, we had a new venue, guests moved to a new hotel and new catering menu and food/beverage set up. All vendors in place. The silver lining is this venue is 5 star and the other was 4 star and they stepped up and worked with our budget to make it happen within budget. I will be disclosing this venue later this weekend but right now all I can say is I am so proud of Floridians who come together and make things happen. Most of all to God, who keeps helping me move mountains! When my bridal client said to me “this morning I thought we didn’t have a wedding and now it is more than I dreamed of …” well, that is how I know I am in my calling. I get such a high out of moments like this where we overcome what seems impossible. Thankful, grateful and blessed🩷🩷💍🙏🌈
