work force and now the aftermath of Hurricane Ian are just a few hurdles we all have in common. Most
of our calls & website
inquiries are folks needing toilets/sinks/trailers ASAP. We aren’t the most “fun” item on the list for events or projects but we are certainly just as
important as the rest. Order in advance & make sure you consult with your service provider so you have the right quantity of equipment & adequate services needed. 👍🏻

Portable restrooms carry a stigma among the general public of being gross and smelling bad. We teach event planners and construction managers how to prevent this stigma.

JW Craft is super excited (and slightly nervous) to announce we have changed our Customer Management Software.

Our goal is to be more efficient from the time we receive a new order, route, dispatch to invoicing. Service Technicians will run their routes from tablets with live updates vs route sheets. We will still be able to monitor PTO detection (our trucks/pumps) communicate – time stamped to your specific job site, how many pieces of equipment were serviced and for how long.

Customers will receive their invoices via email and can pay using our SAFE Authorize.net portal. Customers will still be able to print their invoices for their records.

Though we are happy to make this long overdue transition, we are still learning ourselves. We ask for patience (there won’t be any service disruptions) and of course if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out and ask.
