For many years it’s been on our hearts to open our home to children in need. Over the past few months we’ve been working towards getting licensed to foster through . Yesterday we completed our home inspection and we are excited to soon welcome our first foster child in the next few weeks.

We have 5 incredible children of our own who are deeply loved and desire to be a blessing to other children as well. We also understand there are kids within our community in need of a safe place to stay while things are taken care of at home. We’re here to help love and take care of their children, not take them. Pray for all involved as we get ready to enter this new season of life. God is good!

Appreciation post

Decius Films is NOT a 1 man team! One of the biggest reasons why I’m where I am today is because of the wife God has blessed me with. Kaitlin left her successful career last year at the salon to raise our 5 children and help me build Decius Films.

When it comes to my mini sessions she’s the one who designs the sets. For my newborn sessions she wraps the babies sets up the props so I can focus on the technical. If you’ve ever received a photo gallery or video from me there’s a big chance she’s looked over it to give me the green light before hitting send.

Some clients are challenging, like really challenging. And I have her look over my emails and text to make sure it doesn’t come across as rude and unprofessional. Running a business is not easy, but having the right person by your side makes it worth it. I love you babe 😘
