We just made a batch of our Texas BBQ Sauce. We have had a lot of interest in our sauces lately, and we thought we would share some information on them!

-Midwest- Our original, sweet and spicy: ribs, pulled pork, and chicken
-Texas- Sweet and tangy: brisket, ribs, pulled pork, chicken, and turkey
-Kansas City- Sweet and smoky: ribs, pulled pork, and chicken
Carolina- Vinegary and peppery: ribs, pulled pork, and chicken
Alabama- Creamy and tangy: chicken and turkey

Introduced some new creations for the Farm Fertilizers and Seeds Christmas party tonight. Smoked pork tenderloin with a pearl onion and red wine reduction, BBQ glazed jalapeño poppers, cranberry apple salad, smoked baby potatoes, our traditional brownies with a holiday twist!
