I cook, clean & provision supplies for group's sailing trips to cruise, snorkel and dive. Put together groups & host milestone celebrations like 60th & 75th Birthday, 25th wedding anniversary, etc. Expense runs approximately $3,000 per person including airfare, yaucht charter & provisions for a week.

🦀Alright Yall-- Entertaining season is approaching! Here is a NO BAKE Coastal cookie make it for a past Christmas Party!
So easy and oh so cute!
🐚 Oyster Pearl Cookie🐚
*pepperidge farm lemon cookies
*frosting tinted blue or pink
*use SIXLET for the "pearl" -can also use yogurt covered raisin or tiny white chocolate balls.
Pipe the frosting onto the cookie
Then place sixlet and top with 2nd cookie!
*Use crushed Graham crackers for the "sand" effect
So cute-- it was a HIT at my party. FINS UP! 🦈

Mermaid's Treasure Margarita 🧜‍♀️🍸

Ingredients:

2 oz tequila
1 oz blue curaçao
1 oz lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 cup crushed ice
Whipped cream for frosting
Edible pearlescent dust
Edible seashells for garnish

Directions:
Prepare Pearlescent Frosting: In a bowl, mix whipped cream with edible pearlescent dust to create a shimmering frosting.
Blend Base Mixture: In a shaker, combine tequila, blue curaçao, lime juice, simple syrup, and crushed ice. Shake well until chilled.
Serve: Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
Top with Frosting: Add a generous dollop of pearlescent frosting on the rim of the glass.
Garnish: Garnish with edible seashells.

Fishbowl Cocktail
Take a 1/2 gallon glass or plastic fish bowl and pour in 1/2 a cup of Nerds candies. Fill the bowl about 1/4 of the way full with ice. In a separate container combine:
5oz Vodka
5oz Malibu Rum
3oz Blue Curacao
6oz Sweet & Sour Mix
16oz Pinapple Juice
16oz Sprite or 7up
Pour that mixture into the bowl.
Next toss in 4-5 Swedish Fish, and top it off with a few slices of Lemon, Lime, and Orange. Throw in 4 or 5 jumbo straws and go to town.
