We recently asked a few of our youth to tell us where their path is taking them since starting our program. Hear from Teondria:

"I’m on the path to become a better person who deserves everything she wants out of life and to finish school so I can be settled and financially stable by the time I’m 25 so I can start working on my hair salon and opening it nationwide. I want to become a very calm spiritual person and be more helpful and do everything I can to make my parents even more proud."

As we approach the season of giving thanks, we take a moment to celebrate the incredible journeys of our young people and the paths to success that lie ahead.

In February a young man entered our training program timid and untrusting. He rarely spoke and expressed his disinterest in culinary arts immediately. Today he is one of our youth leaders and an amazing role model for his peers. He is just one of many.
