We are pleased to announce that we have entered the 2023 Smoke on the Shores BBQ Competition.

We will be competing in both the Friday night Rib Challenge as well as Saturdays kcbs Backyard Division competition.

The dates are March 17-18, 2023 at the Wilson County Fairgrounds in Lebanon, TN.

After a 4th Place finish in the Open, at the World Food Championships World Championship Chili Cook-off in Myrtle Beach, we have decided to incorporate more chili cookoffs into our schedule.

We are joining the International Chili Society, and plan to compete in several chili cookoffs over the coming months. Let's see if we can have success!
