Sometimes in life, you can’t redo or undo just learn to do better!! I ain’t perfect but I am not where I use to be either! I remember thinking of taking my own life at one point 7 years ago!! with help of love ones I got through it!! I’m loving myself more and more each day but dealing with my mental is tough at times. My health I have made it a top priority in my life…. This journey just started I got a long way to go!!!! 20miles of 365……. Effort goes along then a Try!!!
