This bride (my cousin) said “gothic wedding” and her amazing Portland based coordinator said I got this!! Planner: Dream Weddings and Events. Photographer: Emily Skye Photography

Kait’s Wedding Collective completed the signage for this wedding which you see at the end as I shipped them off! I designed her signs with a custom text color and gothic font backed by stained black wood for that heavy gothic feel she was looking for! Design for these signs took about 3 months in order to get exactly what she was looking for!

Kait’s Wedding Collective is just that - a collective of different services to include:
1. Planning (Full and Partial)
2. Coordinating (Month of and Day of)
3. Rentals (Mismatched China Plates and Decor)
4. Signage
5. Minimalist Invitations

My passion is planning and coordinating weddings but with years of that experience I have been able to include additional services that help my couples save money and consolidate vendors!

Most couples choose to play a large roll in planning their wedding which I absolutely love! Because of this, our most popular planning packages are Month of Coordination and Day of Coordination!

So what do you get with one that you don’t get with the other?

• Month of Coordination •
With this package, I review your vendor contracts to ensure your vendors are providing everything you think. I also look at the small details of silverware count and if the linens you’ve rented will fit the tables at your Venue (and everything in between). As a month of coordinator, I get to meet all of your vendors and create a customized timeline that allows each of them to perform at their best for you! With Month of Coordination, I fine tune the details and this is truly what makes a wedding run smooth! The best part is I am also your Day of Coordinator ❤️

• Day of Coordination •
This package is perfect for the couple that has already planned their wedding down to the very last detail! I am your go to girl on the day of your wedding making sure every last detail is exactly as you planned it and the timeline is followed seamlessly. With both packages, I complete your wedding rehearsal followed by a walk through of the venue where we will focus on design and decor for ceremony and reception sites ❤️
