Randi brings depth of business experience to the planning, management, and ex*****on stages. Randi was born and grew up in New Jersey, where she attended Long Island University. She q
uickly became interested in the event planning industry and gained valuable experience working with her mother, who built a successful career in the travel industry, largely inspired Randi. Randi moved to Nashville in 1994 and became involved in the music industry scene. Her first client was Scott Borchetta, who was the vice president of Dreamworks records at the time and still remains one of the most instrumental clients of her success. Scott is now CEO of the Big Machine Label Group and has Randi planning events for the likes of Taylor Swift, Tim McGraw, The Band Perry, Rascal Flatts, and Florida Georgia Line to name a few. On the rare weekend when she isn’t working, Randi can be found spending time with her husband, Allen, and their children. Her eldest son, Jason, is a Business Major at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. He has had much success playing for the Franklin High School Band, Band Of America and marched for the Pride of the Southland at the University of TN in Knoxville. Since he is finishing up his education in Nashville, Jason works for Randi Events as her Manager of Bar Logistics. Her younger son, Jonathan, attends Limestone College in Gaffney, SC. and found his own success in athletics – from hockey to lacrosse. He presently plays for the Limestone Saints which is a successful NCAA Division II Lacrosse Team. Randi loves to travel and entertain and takes great pride in expanding her staff and watching them follow in her footsteps. Clients benefit from Randi’s ability to negotiate favorable vendor contracts, accurate budget planning and on-time delivery. She leads an experienced staff equipped to handle a broad spectrum of events from intimate gatherings to those on the grandest scale. Each year, established and rising artists include Randi’s event planning services in their overall promotion strategy. She has come to know many of the top artists personally and values her reputation with them, their staff, management teams, and record labels. In 2007, Randi expanded her company to include a venue management division, known as Nashville Event Space, which represents several unique, metropolitan style venues in the downtown area. She also re-branded as the company grew and introduced the title, Randi Events – a full service, modern design firm. In 2009, Randi was voted number six of the Top 10 event planners in the nation and she shares the list with some of the industry’s most recognizable names. She now employs 10 full-time event designers as well as a sales staff for the venue division.
