being trusted to plan a wedding day is an honor in itself — but what we hold onto most are the lasting relationships that grow along the way. we remember these days just as deeply, and our care for our clients extends well beyond the event itself.

with great design comes an even greater production. one thing we’ve learned over the years: while a production timeline is essential, the true key to success is having the right team in place to bring it to life!

an appropriately sized team is important, as well as versatility — having people who can step in seamlessly, adapt, and support in many different ways is what keeps an event flowing with ease. after years of producing events of all sizes, we know what it really takes: a lot of help (and yes, a very detailed timeline!)✨

we love introducing bold new designs into our portfolio and this one might be our most daring yet! a full glass structure is taking shape, and it’s the very definition of a statement piece. dramatic, yet clean — it’s the perfect counterbalance to this wedding’s classic design.

we can’t wait to watch the magic unfold at one of our favorite nashville venues, botanical gardens. any guesses on how long this install will take?

we’re putting the final touches on one of our fall designs. this wedding captures the couple’s down to earth vibes through layered natural textures and grounded materials.

a sailcloth tent will set the tone for a whimsical take on a classic vibe. we’re incorporating hints of black against airy linens, florals with dimension and ambient light!

to close the night, an intimate VIP speakeasy is designed to feel like a hidden secret within this big celebration.

we love an intimate al fresco dinner, especially when it's set against the natural beauty of an designed home!

for this milestone birthday celebration, we leaned into an athletic aesthetic — pairing modern ceramics with green plaid textiles and whimsical grasses. the result was a warm, grounded evening that felt both elevated and effortless. a night to remember for everyone who gathered around the table! ⛳️

collectively we’ve weathered uncertainty before. we adapted, supported one another, and found new ways forward during the toughest days of covid — and we’ll keep doing it as needed.

together with and an incredible team of intentional vendors, we co-designed an artful experience that beautifully blended inspiration, connection, and creativity — perfectly capturing our theme of wildly inspired. the vision truly came to life.

the moodboard for our early summer celebration is a perfect reflection of the couple – grounded in meaning, rich in creativity, and joy. from a sacred, heartfelt ceremony to playful cocktails, every moment is curated with love and personality. we’re excited to work in beautiful, intimate space.

whimsical florals, vibrant fruits, and custom hand-sketched artwork adorn each table, turning the reception into a gallery of personal expression. creative bites, artful lettering, and eventually a dance floor that doesn’t quit.
