✨ TANGO GOALS UNLOCKED! 💃🕺✨

Four months ago, Jared walked into my studio and confidently said, “We want a tango for our wedding dance.” And y’all KNOW, when my couples ask—I deliver! But I did do a double take… 😆

I’m going to be real, I was overwhelmed because I didn’t know how to choreograph a wedding tango. So I started brainstorming, most importantly watching my competitive and Argentine tango videos with and my favorite Dancesport competitors. it’s my favorite dance to compete in ballroom, but as a wedding dance? I had my work cut out for me!

But then I went from the videos and kept some classic wedding elements while drawing from the passion and aggression needed for a successful tango. We spent one month on just the basics, then built up into choreography the last 3. All of my clients will tell you that I start off the other way, but Jared and Elizabeth wanted something no other couple I can think of has done. And they absolutely BODIED this choreography.

BUT, This moment right here is pure magic. Just look at Jared’s face! He knew he nailed it. And Elizabeth’s grace yet fierce tango energy brought the whole thing together (videos coming soon!) ! They asked for something different, bold, and absolutely incredible—and watching them bring their dream dance to life was truly incredible. Their dedication to this wedding dance was like nothing I’ve ever seen before.
