We are all new this afternoon with who is the Executive Chef at the I met Max 11 years ago when he first came to Nashville, and our city has only gotten better. I attribute it all to Max. But seriously, he has made our city better! Everyone who has worked under him, and has gone on to take his teachings into other restaurants, or their own restaurants, the countless time he spends mentoring, and volunteering his time for his profession is truly Inspiring. I forgot to mention this on the intro, but I wanted to shout out our Chef at Mere Bulles for winning the judges pick at Soup Sunday this past weekend! That’s a first time for us, and we are super proud of his efforts, and I wanted to celebrate with this audience, as there was some damn good chefs who created some damn good soups.
