Lauren comes to me nearly every year for a unique birthday cake challenge! This year she brought this song to me and said use this as inspiration- create what you feel. I’ve never had a customer do that and at first I was a little nervous- after all art including music is up to the interpreter. What I feel and see may vary from what she sees and hears. But alas- this funky little cake turned out awesome! The inside is lemon olive oil cake with mixed berry basil filling. Happy 35th birthday beautiful!
