As most of you know, I am not a stationary caterer based in Nashville at the time but rather a Nomadic Chef, embarking on a writing/travel journey. Currently I am docked down in the Lincoln/Omaha NE vicinity while awaiting a van build out and spending much desired time with family. Tag someone you know in this area please if you think they would be entertained by me cooking an in house dinner, cocktail party or brunch for small groups. Hello Dear friends and clients of Once Upon A Time Catering. I have an announcement to make regarding my soon to be 26 years of hospitality in Tennessee. After June, I will no longer be available for service in TN as I am going on a life adventure and will be traveling. After cooking for anywhere between 2-1200 people, feeding celebrities, film shoots, having been part of probably near 1000 weddings, countless fundraisers and all things in between the time is now to embark on new life chapters. To say that catering in the Nashville market has been good to me is in fact an understatement! The beautiful events and friendships that have come through this long journey has been nothing short of life giving and I am beyond grateful to each and every person who has ever hired us through the years, referred us and has kept me going through this past hard hitting year. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
This page will remain up although its content will change. One of the ways I am hoping to create revenue and relationships on my travels is to be available to come into ones home and prepare a great dinner or brunch for small groups along with storytelling. I don’t know what to expect from this but the passion and the chef skills will follow me anywhere I go so why not? Through this page and on Instagram I will make announcements for areas I will be in or near so this page can literally be opened up to folks who live outside TN. I would ask that perhaps you could share my page, posts or tag people you may know in said areas of my travels. Much like the success of Once Upon A Time has been from your support, this new idea too will rely on your support in that way💕.
If you want to use my skills in anyway between now the end of June I am still here to serve.

Here are a couple of this dishes going out tomorrow for the personal chef meal delivery service; Chicken & Sausage Paella with Riced Cauliflower and Bison Stuffed Peppers with Roasted Red Bell Pepper-Sundried Tomato puree topping.
There are a couple of slots left to this service if interested. Prices start at $175 per week, deliveries are on Mondays and chef chooses the menus based on your likes, dislikes, allergies and type of diet. Surprise is part of the magic for relief from “what to do for dinner” syndrome.🍽👍🏼
