Happiest of birthdays to our Operations Manager, Lilly!

Lilly has been on our team for 2.5 years now and is the queen of sarcasm, iced lavender lattes, and all the best dance moves! She keeps our events packed perfectly, has amazing attention to detail, and leaves our clients and guests feeling listened to and taken care of. Lilly not only keeps our events running smoothly, but she fills our warehouse with lots of Michael Buble, the Mamma Mia! soundtrack, and the PERFECT throwback playlists! 🎶 🕺 We are so grateful to have her on our team 🫶

Want to join our team? We’re looking for 1 or 2 mobile baristas to sling coffee with us, primarily Thursday-Sunday (but our needs change each week)! If you have a passion for coffee and hospitality, keep reading!

Responsibilities include transporting and setting up our espresso carts, providing friendly and professional service, making delicious specialty coffee, and working and communicating with our team to keep our 350+ events each year running smoothly. Perks are $20+/hour W-2 pay, paid barista training, free coffee, and being adopted into an amazing crew of work friends and clients. 🤎 It really is a special job!

Our mobile barista requirements are:
☕️Continually required to stand and walk
☕️ Must be able to lift and move 65+ lbs (such as equipment, large coolers, etc)
☕️ Must have 2+ days/week availability (Thurs, Sat, Sun is a big plus!), with many shifts being early mornings
☕️ Must be reliable, adaptable, and warm to guests
☕️ Must be accepting of guests regardless of gender, sexuality, race, religion, and background- we serve amazing and diverse people!
