Cheers to 2025!🥂Nothing better than a champagne toast, especially at The Boca Raton, where we worked with Moët & Chandon to create this champagne terrace. 🍾

Design elements featured an outdoor bar, signage, branded furniture, luggage cart activation and shade structures. All elements were built to be weather resistant for a fully outdoor activation.

Harbor’s 2024 Footprint📍

This year, our team showcased their expertise and creativity in diverse experiential events, exhibits and custom builds across the country, traveling from San Diego, CA to Portland, ME. Notably, Orlando, Nashville, and Las Vegas emerged as our top three most frequented cities, highlighting our strong presence in these vibrant markets. It was great to work even more in our home city!

As the year draws to a close, I’m filled with gratitude for our exceptional team and clients we have here at Harbor. Their dedication, passion, and collaborative spirit have driven our success. Together, we’ve navigated challenges, celebrated achievements, and fostered an environment where innovation and creativity thrive. I’m incredibly proud and excited for the new year.

This year, our team showcased their expertise and creativity in diverse events, tradeshows, and specialty builds across the country, traveling from San Diego, CA to Portland, ME. Notably, Orlando, Nashville, and Las Vegas emerged as our top three most frequented cities, highlighting our strong presence in these vibrant markets. Might I add how great it was to work even more in our home city!

This year also marked our first full year in the new shop space, providing a more expansive and efficient environment to support our growing operations. We maintained positive relationships with existing clients and cultivated new partnerships that we look forward to continuing in the new year.

2024 was a year of exciting new ventures and skill development for our team. We welcomed new talent to the Harbor family and celebrated well-deserved promotions. As we look forward, we’re excited to build upon the momentum of 2024, explore new opportunities, push creative boundaries, and deliver exceptional experiences for our clients in the years to come.

Harbor worked with Constellation Brands to design and execute an exhibit showcasing their whiskey brands: Nelson's Green Brier Distillery in Nashville, TN, and High West Distillery in Park City, Utah. The concept puts both brands under one “roof” and will be used all over the country for various promotional events. Harbor handles all show logistics, shipping, installation and dismantle, as well as storage for this exhibit.🥃

Our friends at Aidin were here in Nashville, at the Music City Center, for the American Case Management Association National Conference. We designed the “Grand Ole Case Management Hall”, a 20x20 Pop-Up Exhibit Celebrating Innovation. Everyone who stopped by discussed the evolution of the industry and streamlining workflows. Aidin aimed to “help you avoid your case management department fax machine from looking like the last picture.”📠

What happens *at the Copperweld Building Wire booth* in Vegas, stays *at the Copperweld Building Wire booth* in Vegas!🎰🎲

Copperweld returned to Las Vegas for 2024 with their show stopping 20x50 Building Wire booth featuring a custom Copperweld craps table and Vegas sign.

We design and build eye catching setups that can be used time and again. This gives our clients the freedom to showcase themselves with high quality and impactful booths that create connection and build relationships.

‘Tis the season for gift giving!🎁We love when our clients bring their team to our Nashville hometown. We always want them to leave with a memorable gift from Nashville and there’s no better way to do this than with a pair of new cowboy boots!

As a part of these TD SYNNEX incentive experience trips, each guest was outfitted with a pair of cowboy boots from a Nashville staple French's Boots.

Harbor worked with The Interluxe Group to fabricate the interior and exterior of the Ferrari VIP tent at the Miami GP. Working from designs provided by The Interluxe Group, Harbor chose appropriate building materials, created build plans and executed the build on site to finish out this two story tent structure. Finishes transformed this semi-permanent tent to mimic a built structure.

This fall we worked with Nelson's Green Brier Distillery to elevate their Coopers Club Lounge space for its Grand Reopening Party. The Coopers Club is tucked away in the distillery for an exclusive members-only feel. This space is perfect for elevated tastings and intimate gatherings. 🥃
