Over the weekend Harbor sponsored and participated in the 5K. Alyssa’s Free to Move 5k is a tribute to Alyssa Lokits, who was tragically taken from us on October 14, 2024, while running in Nashville, TN. Alyssa embodied vigilance and preparedness— trained in self defense, running during daylight on a well-traveled trail. Yet her loss serves as a sobering reminder of how far we have to go to ensure women’s safety.

Kasey and Alyssa were roommates and friends and we look forward to continuing to honor her legacy through Free to Move, the new nonprofit organization honoring Alyssa through charitable work for women’s safety programs and initiatives. Together, we raise awareness, promote groundbreaking safety initiatives, and inspire a global movement for lasting change.

Harbor partners with clients like Aidin to support their full tradeshow calendar. We designed and built all levels of display, sizing from table top to 20’x20’ spaces. With a combination of rental elements and custom additions, Aidin is able to adjust their messaging to fit their show audience. All warehousing, shipping logistics and show paperwork are handled by Harbor as Aidin’s full display house.

Hedley Studios brought their precision scale models of iconic vintage cars to a new gallery space at Hudson Yards in New York City. Harbor worked to build out and install this space designed by Interluxe Group to showcase Hedley products. The space included large walls visible from all sides, signage, and a reception desk.

Harbor worked with TD SYNNEX for IBM Think 2024 in Boston, MA. For the conference portion we set up their Partner Plus Day and Beyond meeting spaces. As a part of Think week we provided full service planning for their cocktail reception at Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse, located in the Seaport. Attendees enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres, a raw bar setup and craft cocktails, featuring an exclusive whisky tasting with and Shibui Whisky.

Harbor worked with Copperweld to host the 2024 Copper Cladding Conference. This continuing education event provided attendees the oppourtunity to learn more about copper bimetallic conductors, direct from the factory floor, touring all three of their Fayetteville facilities.

We provided full service event management for their dinner reception - an evening featuring a three piece bluegrass band and BBQ southern cooking from pitmaster Billy Terrell The Beached PIG. Attendees enjoyed craft cocktails, including Kentucky and Moscow Mules in custom Copperweld Copper Mule Mugs.

Harbor worked with Aidin to create their first yearly industry conference for case managers. This intimate event brought together 45 attendees from around the country for 2 days of speakers, discussion and problem solving. Harbor handled planning from start to finish, including destination management, venue selection, scheduling, room design and on-site production.

Here at Harbor we’re gearing up for another exclusive conference with Aidin next week. We’re looking forward to this one-of-a-kind event... back for the second year by popular demand.
