Our Story

We wanted to open a business in our small town that made people feel good, helped the Main Street remain viable, and allowed us to be in more control of our where our time was spent. It wasn’t a dream to open a florist. It was an organic decision based on the last twenty years of growth and learning. One job led to the next, led to the next, and suddenly, I realized I wanted to own a florist business, not just be a florist. And God’s providence was shown to be a powerful thing.

From the beginning, we would come across obstacles only to find them overcome in ways we could have never imagined. We never dreamed of having 7000 square feet of storefront that is over 100 years old. We never dreamed of owning a bakery. I certainly never dreamed of learning how to decorate a cake!

Our story isn’t one made of dreams. Instead, it is made of prayer and providence. Hope and Heart. Truth and Trust.

Mostly, our story is a story of faithfulness. We have faith that God will make our business successful. We have faith in the quality of our work. We have faith in each other.
