Soooo...it's gonna be cold outside. Did you know a food trailer tends to vary about 10-20° from the temperature outside? That means 105° is around 120°🥵 and 30° is more like 20°🥶. I say that to say this....we're going to be working lunch tuesday-Wednesday, but we'll probably be skipping out on dinner(as long as the water doesn't freeze). We'll have our phone line open and online ordering ready to go so we can keep y'all out of the cold.

1881 Barbecue and Concessions is set up and ready to serve you at the New Johnsonville city park. We are proudly here with the New Johnsonville Fire Department’s Stop Drop and Roll fund raising event. All are welcome, come on out and have some lunch and fun with us.

With all the choices at the Factory Connection parking lot in Camden today, if we can’t feed you, you must not be hungry!
