Nashville, Tennessee, September 23, 2019 —Que Delicias has changed its name to Delicious Catering, LLC, founder, and owner Elvira Vasquez announced today. In 2002, Delicious Catering formally opened its doors to offer a variety of authentic Colombian and Latin American dishes prepared especially to give you a taste of the Latino culture in Nashville, Tennessee.

Delicious Catering offers its catering services to corporate events, community festivals, weddings, parties, Quinceañeras, and much more.

In addition to a dedicated to excellence in quality and preparation, we cater functions both small and large. Our team can offer you innovative cuisine that’s tailored to your event, theme, or season.

Delicious Catering offers a variety of authentic Colombian and Latin American cuisine prepared especially to give you a taste of the Latino culture in Nashville, Tennessee. Founder and Owner Elvira Vasquez from Cali, Colombia began selling Colombian empanadas at community events, and to neighbors, after she moved to Nashville, Tennessee in the late 1990s. In 2002, Delicious Catering formally opened its doors and added other typical Colombian, and Latin dishes to the menu.

In 2017, Our former Que Delicias named now Delicious Catering won the Audience Favorite Vendor Award at the 3rd Annual Nashville Empanada Tasting Event organized by the Tennessee Latin American Chamber of Commerce and hosted by the Tennessee Performing Arts Center. Delicious Catering has been a member of the Tennessee Latin American Chamber of Commerce since 2008 and operates out of the Mesa Komal Commercial Kitchen at Casa Azafran.
