Today we are taking it back to our first wedding in front of the barn! It was a stunning October day in 2020, and a joy to watch Olivia’s vision come to life.

Fun Fact #1 - Olivia and Zach were the third couple to book with us in 2019 while we were under construction.

Fun Fact #2 - Olivia wanted to get married at the front of the barn so, the original front lawn plans were changed to what you see today so that her dream could come true.

I took a much needed break from Instagram, and boy was it nice 👌🏽 but since it’s an essential for running a business — WE BACK ✨

Last night we attended an incredible vendor party hosted by at the new . It reminded me how important it is to connect with our people outside of social media. As much as I love an encouraging DM, I realllyyy love hugging your neck and sipping champagne together!

Shout out to for making me look good, and for dressing me in clothes I’ll never own 💕

What does your planner do on wedding day??

I’m so glad you asked, the short answer is everything and anything you can think of. (seriously, my clients will never hear me say no!)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Your planner is team captain on wedding day. It’s our job to make sure your vendors have everything they need to do their job. Planners are managing the timeline and ensuring all the boxes are checked on that to-do list. Overseeing all set up details to make sure the day looks exactly like you imagined. All while checking on you and offering support in any way we can!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There’s not a task planners won’t do to help an event run smoothly. We pin the boutonnières, scoot around on the floor to bustle the dress, carry bags of ice if the bartenders are slammed, hold sunglasses during photos, light candles, hold the flower girls hand when she’s nervous, and discreetly handle any “emergencies” that arise.

To some it sounds like a lot, but to us it sounds like a pretty good wedding day!
