We provide delicious food using the freshest in hand picked, seasonal and, when available, local ingredients, shopping all the Farmer's Markets and specialty stores. Presentation is as important as customer service and delicious food because, as we all know, we eat with our eyes first, so we are constantly adding new and interesting buffet pieces and developing new and creative tablescape designs.
