The SPF number is a measure of how much solar energy, aka UV radiation, it takes to cause a sunburn on protected (with sunscreen) versus unprotected skin. As the SPF number gets higher, sunburn protection increases.

‘Tis the season for all things pumpkin! I’m obsessed with these Pumpkin Protein Pancakes! Tag a friend you want to make these with!
