Welcoming back our weekly pre orders!

Formally known as meal prep we are brining back Family Meal! It’s your weekly opportunity to pre order meals for your house or others. Some of the items we are offering weekly are your favorites from our freezer section and some are new!

Orders are open till Wednesday night and pick up or delivery is offered on Sunday and Monday!

Pickup days are Thursday February 13th and February 14th at the shop from 10am to 5pm.

We have been selling our daily bowls for years now at IGC. They have become many customers weekly meals at home, their quick grab on their lunch break, or delivered to their office for the whole team.

We carry the Greek and Grain bowls everyday with chicken and vegetarian options. You can order online or pick up in person anytime we are open.
