Happy birthday and a big congratulations to myself

(38 acres of raw land). I don't know yet, but I plan to convert this into a recreational facility. Rent it as farmland or something! Or wait until its value by three to five times its original price. Stock trading made this a reality!
Every achievement in life begins with the decision to try, do not deny yourself the chance to accomplish your goals.
