Our Founder, Rachel Gladstone, has been in the Nashville event industry since 2003. All Weddings by Rachel Packages include:
- Two planners on site for Wedding Day
- Two personal consultations, including site visit, prior to Wedding Day
- Recommendation of vendors to suit your
style and budget
- Create Wedding Day timeline, complete with vendor contact information
- Facilitate ceremony rehearsa

- Oversee vendor deliveries at ceremony site
- Assist photographer as needed
- Distribute flowers and pin boutonnières for bridal party and distinguished guests
- Arrange guest book, programs, photographs, wedding favors, candles and altar decor
- Cue ceremony musicians
- Orchestrate ceremony processional and recessional
- Fluff bride’s dress, train, and veil for a perfect processional
- Coordinate exit from the ceremony site
- Ensure reception site is ready
- Cue Wedding Party and Bride and Groom’s reception entrance
- Coordinate refreshments for bride and groom
- Facilitate first dances, toasts, cake cutting and other highlights
- Coordinate with musicians or DJ, photographer and caterer to ensure a smooth reception
- Facilitate Bride and Groom’s exit
- Ensure all personal items have been collected and removed from the venue

Elle and Connor’s Big Day was simply elegant as you can see by the beautiful Guest Book / Welcome table complete with Bridesmaids bouquets. Fat Bottom Brewing was the perfect venue for this gorgeous and fun couple who danced the night away without stopping!

Another amazing, beautiful ceremony at Scarritt, Bennett’s, Wightman Chapel. Dr. Chloe and Dr. Lee Cantrell were such a fabulous couple. I have never worked with anyone who was more relaxed and genuinely happy on their Big Day! It was a privilege and a pleasure to work with them and their families. I know they will have a long, happy life together!

Lindsey and Jace Mallory are so in love that it makes my heart soar. Seen here on a sofa in the garden at the Cordelle, this beautiful couple had one of the most gorgeous ceremonies and over-the-top, fun receptions, I’ve had the pleasure of being a part of! With fabulous florals from Creations, By, Debbie, and the perfect gown from Adorn, the day could not have been more perfect.

One of my favorite flower girls of all time! This adorable, two year old, made it down the aisle at Lindsey and Jace Mallory’s wedding at The Cordelle in a flower crown with a basket of petals and then went for a wardrobe change. This oh-so Nashville cowgirl, hat, and blue passi are all the rage for flower girls in the know this season!

The beauty of the panoramic view from the Hilltop at South Hall Farms is no match for the beauty Cambrey and Landon posses inside and out. Their wedding theme was “serendipity“ which was perfect, because everything about their love story and their Big Day was meant to be. With gorgeous florals from Fresh By Carry Ann and Krista Lee’s amazing photos, this picture says it all!

It is one of my favorite venues, and one of my favorite couples, their Big Day was captured with panache by photographer Kathy Thomas. That gorgeous bouquet was created by Enchanted Florist of Nashville.
