Dawn of Light Lodge Welcomes New Officers
The Masons of Dawn of Light Lodge No. 22 elected new officers for the upcoming year. DDGM Larry Cain, District 10 oversaw the elections and installed the newly elected officers on Monday, December 11th at the lodge hall. Brother Jeremy Odom, who served as Senior Warden in 2017, was elected to replace Brother Lee Arthur White, Jr., who declined nominations to serve the ensuing year, as Worshipful Master. Brother Rickey Smith was elected as the new Senior Warden while Bro. James Gay will continue as the Junior Warden. Brother James Evans, who served as Treasurer in 2017, was elected to replace Bro. Anthony Turner, as Secretary. Brother James Wilson was elected as the new Treasurer.
Worshipful Master Jeremy Odom thanked the brothers for the opportunity to serve as the new Master vowing to continue the lodge’s hard work towards progress. Past Master White congratulated the new officers and offered his continued support to them and the lodge in the coming year. Worshipful Master Odom will appoint the appointed officers at the Lodge’s first stated communication in January 2018.
