Great news everyone! Our Natick location has officially reopened just in time to shop for Prom 2021!

However, due to COVID, we are forced to do things a little differently this year. We apologize as it is a lot more inconvenient than before for our customers but we hope you can understand.

For now, there will be a 6 dress try on limit per customer per day. We are required to quarantine each item of clothing for 24 hours/ fully steam clean every item before returning it on the floor. To better control this, we are limiting our try-ons so there will be more dresses available for try-on each day.

There will also be a 45 minute time limit on weekends. We want to eliminate long waits as much as possible and suspect waits will be way too long without a time limit as we now have to operate with an occupancy limit.

If you show up towards closing time/end of the day, you are not guaranteed a fitting room if there is already a wait. We really recommend that customers stop by during the weekdays when it is a lot slower. Also, you are free to set appointments. Appointments will always be prioritized over walk-ins.

Our new hours:
Monday - Thursday: 12-6
Friday & Saturday: 12-7
Sunday: 12-6

To clear up any confusion on listings online, our Natick location is in fact open!

Monday-Saturday: 12-6; Sundays : Closed

Please call each respective store however for updates on hours or to set up appointments to use fitting rooms. We will not always be able to accommodate walk-ins during this time.

**IMPORTANT UPDATE**

All Aria locations will remain closed until further notice.

To customers who have dresses to pick up in store, either special orders, alterations, layaways, or holds, do not worry about rushing to pick them up. We will safely keep them in store and will honor any time extensions to have them paid off/picked up. To customers who may have a rush on picking up their dress for an event coming up (assuming the event has not been cancelled/postoned), please message us on here ASAP and we will try to arrange a time to have that dress picked up.

***UPDATED HOURS***

Providence location will remain closed until further notice

Natick location will be closed Monday - Friday but plan to open Saturday 12-6 and Sunday 1-5 unless otherwise notified by the mall to completely close.

The hours of other locations have remained the same and can be found in the post below.

For urgent pick ups, please message us and we can arrange something.

For dresses that need to be picked up at the store, please be at ease that there is absolutely no rush to pick them up. Please do not be concerned as we will leave them to be picked up at the customer’s own convenience.
