Established in 2015.

Buh's BBQ was founded by John "Buh" Scott. He grew up in a family that loved to eat and cook. He always looked for any excuse to cook for people from holidays, to family gatherings, and church functions. After years of pleading from family, friends, and church members, Buh finally surrendered to the call of the kitchen! He started by developing his signature "Memphis-style" dry rub and 3 savory barbecue sauces. He has now dove all in to the next stage of the adventure. He started a food truck! Now everyone has a chance to experience Buh's delicious barbecue! Buh can cater just about anything, from barbecue, and smoked chicken to steaks and prime rib. Contact us to get your next event ready!
